   This is simple advise though very effective – Passion, Commanding Body language, Maintaing eye contact for 80 % of the time ,appropriate above the waist body language and hand gestures, Being prepared and knowing where you want to go with the presentation.

   Excellent way Carmine demonstrates his techniques so beautifully!. What a nice posture he maintains in that chair, even though it almost seemed in the long shots that he was a little too close for comfort to the male interviewer.

   But if he had moved back, it would have made him look like he was slouching. And the shot from the second camera really showed why you want those gestures on the upper half of your body. Also what an amazing ability to use the time effectively during the interview, right down to the last 15 seconds. Loved the eye contact as well. Great job!
